It was just November -- and Patrick, Amy, Deacon and Walker made their great Arkansas tour.For the full story, please check their blog at www.babystinson.blogspot.com They had a whirlwind trip and they documented it wonderfully!The house is decorated, most of the gifts are bought (but not wrapped) and the calendar says it is indeed December. I hosted book club last night and let's just say that "Paula Phyllis" showed up with an incredible cake, if I do say so myself. It was in her last year's holiday collection magazine and I am going to try to post a picture of it. Jim even took a picture of it on his phone...pretty impressive! I have bought the ingredients to make several batches of cookies, granola, etc. Now, let's see if I can get it done :)

Holy mother of cakes!!!! I love it! That looks so professional it can't be real :) Forget Paula, we are going to start calling you the "Ace of Cakes" - have you seen that show? I love it! Anyway, kudos to you on a very good job well done. I just made those Reese's cup cookies that are such a cop-out for Bunco tonight...I need a little cooking inspiration and I think you just gave it to me! Love you!!!! LLL
Wow, that really "takes the cake" - LOL! Seriously, bet that tasted just a wonderful as it looks. You know my favorite is still your famous custard pie, but it sure would be easy to just fall face first into that cake! Love you, Sharon
